Wonderful weekend
We have enjoyed a wonderful weekend together. On Saturday we took the BAT up into the hills and enjoyed the absolutely beautiful surroundings. Our sweet niece, nephew and great niece joined us.
They creatures hiked up into a cave.
After a while we stopped and ate a watermelon together. Everyone threw their rinds over into the trees. Danny asked us what people would call the rinds if they found them 100’s of years later all fossilized. His answer…..”Rhinestones.” Funny boy!!!
Mycah sat on a rock surrounded by water and called it her island. Her cousin, Cody decided it would be a good idea to throw a large rock next to her in the water…
Today my beautiful niece and nephew, blessed their sweet little baby girl. Lilian Jannel. Her middle name is my Dads first and last names put together (Jan Nel).
When my Dad held Lily, he softly spoke to her and said, “Hi Lilian, did you come down to earth to leave a spot open for me in Heaven?” She is so sweet and my Dad is such a beautiful person.
We are so excited to have our sweet Angel, Aundrea, with us for the weekend. She’s our creature that lives in Utah. She is so much fun. All the creatures had a great time playing all day.
Tonight we are all tired from a fun weekend. I have come to recognize every day as a priceless gift. Our relationships with those we love are so important and are worth more than anything at all. I am so very grateful for my family, for my faith, and for the beautiful world we live in.
