Wonderful Day
Today was so relaxing, and so wonderful.
Danny found a dive shop on Craigslist, called Pismo Beach Dive Shop, that is getting rid of their inventory at 50% off. So, we took advantage of it and restocked up on the dive gear that had been stolen from us. I’ve been in many many dive shops, but never one quite like this! If you’re ever in that beautiful little town, stop by and take a look, and say hello to Bill.
We walked out on the pier and saw a huge flock of birds in a massive feeding frenzy. Below them, whales fed on large pockets of krill, and Danny flew the drone out over it. It was slightly nerve wrecking watching it disappear over the Pacific, but Danny handle it beautifully as usual.
After that we drove out onto Pismo Beach and played a while. It didn’t take the creatures long to immerse themselves in the frigid waters.
This evening I made Artichoke Chicken over rice, French Baguettes and a South African pudding for dessert.
Life is good, and I am grateful for it.
